Hillingdon Health and Care Partners (HHCP) have committed to deliver inreach work in Heathrow Villages aimed at improving health and wellbeing initiatives for their community. This programme is designed to make services more accessible and includes several key initiatives such as:
Health checks (BP, AF, BMI)
Promotion of the mobile X‑ray unit
Recruitment and introduction of Community Champions
Wider health messaging and signposting
Educational workshops on long‑term conditions (LTCs) and topics such as falls prevention
To support the delivery of these commitments, we are planning a local inreach event at the end of April, bringing these activities together in one place for residents.
